Bob Sledge began in 1999 as just a simple side-project, but with the amalgamation of Scott james Smith’s smooth & searing vocals, Dave Peck’s downtuned riff-based guitar grooves filled out with the heavy grinding bottom end of Cam Dunn & Jim Dakis, the formula was working and interest rapidly gained.
The band began taking things more seriously.
In 2000 they released Do Not Run We Are Your Friends Mini LP, followed by Motor Skills EP (2003), Space Monkey Single (2003) and Descendants Of A Monkey God (2004).
